SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Alvamist Wellness, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing time may be slightly longer; in that case, the customer will be notified by email.

We ship within the United States using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available services. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days , though this may vary depending on the carrier and external factors beyond our control.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD, and a standard shipping fee of $5.99 USD for orders below this amount. Occasionally, special promotions with limited-time free shipping may apply.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Alvamist Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages incurred during shipping. For any delivery-related issues, we recommend contacting the courier company directly.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of their delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which focus on well-being, personal care, and individual use, all sales are final. For reasons of hygiene, safety, and quality control, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered.

However, in exceptional cases where a customer receives an incorrect or damaged product, a review may be requested. To do so, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order , providing the order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Each case will be evaluated individually, and Alvamist Wellness reserves the right to approve or reject any request.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.

No refunds will be issued for situations related to personal preferences, such as smell, texture, or product expectations, nor for allergic reactions or sensitivities. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredients before using any product. Requests for refunds due to errors in the provided address or delays attributable to shipping services will also not be accepted.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Alvamist Wellness is not responsible for the misuse of products or for results other than those expected.
